Today is my last day at M. I very enjoy past time working experience with you and get much learning from you too. Due to personal carrier plan, I will change to other territory.

Farewell! - E (2010/4/23)

MSN Messenger : lt@xxxxxxxx.com Tel:###-######### 心情分享~~~ 今天是我在M的最後一天, 說實在的, 還真有些不捨之情, 這些年來, 公司不斷力求轉型, 提高知名度, 其努力與成果卓實顯眼, 但是總跳不開LOCAL與二.三線廠的形象, 其實我相信, 很多人都認為我們可以做的更好, 不是嗎? 就拿MP3、MP4這產品來說, 公司品質做的很好, 但是為何銷售量無法像IPOD那樣呢? 有想過要怎樣提高週邊效益與邊際成本嗎? 成本都砸了, 人員也配置了, 那如何為公司做到最大利益呢 ? 有想過創意嗎? 有想過如何發揮極大值嗎? 去年我讀MBA時, 修了一科 MARKETING, 我的教授要求要設立一家公司, 並且設計一個新產品, 分析波特五力與SWOT, 還要有銷售與通路的設計, 當時我這小組作業得到高分, 當時我是以M為模組, 依照公司現有的人力設備, 設計一個新產品, 連成本都精算出來, 曾有人問過我, 有沒有向公司建議, 提出我的報告, 我說沒有, 因為有人跟我說公司是低調的團隊, 以至於現在只能當做自己一份高分的紀錄, 就如此而已o (還真覺得可惜, 沒辦法看到其效益, 因為現在那產品已經是今年初大漲的金雞母, 唉) 今年五月份的遠見雜誌寫著 : 高感度的人才 - 其中有一個, “...
